Pitts­burgh Pizza

Ingre­di­ents
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pre­pared pizza crust
1 onion (sliced)
1 1/2 cup sauer­kraut (car­away seeds well drained)
1 1/2 cup swiss cheese (shred­ded) pep­per (taste)
3 tbsp dijon mus­tard
8 oz kiel­basa (smoked fully cooked thinly sliced)

1 Pre­heat oven to 425 degrees.
2 In skil­let, saute onion in olive oil about 7 min­utes.
3 In bowl, mix drained sauer­kraut and onion, allow to cool.
4 Mix in cheese.
5 Sea­son with pep­per.
6 Put pizza crust on bak­ing sheet and spread with mus­tard.
7 Top with sliced kiel­basa and sauer­kraut mix­ture.
8 Bake about 15 min­utes until cheese is melted and begins to brown.
