Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 prepared pizza crust
1 onion (sliced)
1 1/2 cup sauerkraut (caraway seeds well drained)
1 1/2 cup swiss cheese (shredded) pepper (taste)
3 tbsp dijon mustard
8 oz kielbasa (smoked fully cooked thinly sliced)
1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2 In skillet, saute onion in olive oil about 7 minutes.
3 In bowl, mix drained sauerkraut and onion, allow to cool.
4 Mix in cheese.
5 Season with pepper.
6 Put pizza crust on baking sheet and spread with mustard.
7 Top with sliced kielbasa and sauerkraut mixture.
8 Bake about 15 minutes until cheese is melted and begins to brown.
