Three Rivers Kiel­basa and Beer

1 lb kiel­basa (sliced into 1/2-inch slices)
12 oz beer
1 jar chili sauce
1 can pineap­ple (crushed, drained 8 ounce can )
34 cup brown sugar

Kiel­basa: Pour beer into a large skil­let. Bring to a sim­mer and add kiel­basa pieces. Cook sausage for three min­utes per side. Drain. Serve warm with dip­ping sauce
2 Dip­ping Sauce: Mix the chili sauce, crushed pineap­ple and brown sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and sim­mer for 5 min­utes. Serve warm with kiel­basa slices. Serves 10.
