Three Rivers Kielbasa and Beer
1 lb kielbasa (sliced into 1/2-inch slices)
12 oz beer
1 jar chili sauce
1 can pineapple (crushed, drained 8 ounce can )
34 cup brown sugar
Kielbasa: Pour beer into a large skillet. Bring to a simmer and add kielbasa pieces. Cook sausage for three minutes per side. Drain. Serve warm with dipping sauce
2 Dipping Sauce: Mix the chili sauce, crushed pineapple and brown sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve warm with kielbasa slices. Serves 10.
